Practice Emphasis:

Doug Lukasik has developed a diverse practice in the fields of construction and commercial litigation.  Mr. Lukasik currently handles the defense of lawsuits filed against homebuilders on a wide array of issues, including personal injury, construction defect, and mold litigation. Likewise, Mr. Lukasik has been involved in both the prosecution and defense of various contract, warranty and related claims stemming from disputes at residential and commercial construction sites. He has additionally handled commercial litigation of all types on behalf of major lending institutions, healthcare companies, cable television providers and defense contractors. Mr. Lukasik has extensive experience in both state and federal court throughout Texas.
